CANCELLATION POLICY

Outlined here are all applicable fees associated with cancellations, no-shows, and deposits. Once you have scheduled an appointment, that time slot is no longer available to other guests, therefore you are financially responsible for it. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 50% - 100% of the price of the service. Prior to that 24 hours you are allowed to reschedule or cancel. Any instance where a deposit is forfeited an additional deposit will be required to rebook any future appointment. No shows will be billed the entire amount of the service. You will receive reminder texts, and emails as a courtesy, however, keeping your appointment is your responsibility. • Ist notice- (warning) • 2nd notice- 50% of your appointment cost will be charged to the card on file. • 3rd notice- 100% of your appointment cost will be charged to the card on file. • No shows will be charged 100% of your appointment. Also will not be allowed to rebook without a card on file and 50% deposit taken for the next reservation. The non-refundable. • If a deposit is taken for your reservation and you cancel within the 24-hour period or no show the reservation, your deposit. This will be non-refundable.
